Mt. Tabor Theater
Portland, Oregon | March 6th, 2004

History was made as the Bad Dates made their debute
at The Mt. Tabor Theater. Not many bands have the
pressence, the showmanship, the confidence, or the
raw talent to break out out of the gates running like
these boys did. And after 2 hours of galloping they
actually had the nerve to have another band try to
follow their act. You have to be joking. Daniel East
wore his “Napolean-esque” hat as if to say “we shant
leave the stage without a good fight”, and fight they
did. Blow after blow, tune after tune, song after song,
Danny, Scott, Fred, Talbot, and soon the horn section,
blew the place away!

For all you DIE HARD BAD DATERS here is the setlist:

SAVE IT FOR LATER
ZION TRAIN
FAST ENOUGH FOR YOU
AIN’T NO USE IN CRYIN’
THE BEDS TOO BIG WITHOUT YOU
BIRTHDAY
PROTOTYPE
I KNOW WHAT I’M DOIN’
SHAFT THEME
FOGGY ROAD
CURE FOR PAIN
GET UP
LATE IN THE EVENING
BLINDED ME WITH SCIENCE
MOVING IN STEREO
BEGINNINGS

Shit. THAT is a setlist.

“Now, Listen hear”
-Danny
